It's interesting to see how a circus magnate would be interested in dramatic Baroque art (which is all about spectacle, much like a circus performance). The turbaned Judith in the Cairo painting almost reminds me of a circus performer, given the context of the Ringling collection.<br /><br />I have never seen that Veronese painting before.
